The reservation of the rental of your equipment over the internet implies acceptance of the general conditions indicated below. The general conditions of rent can be subjected to some modification, but the conditions that are applied are the conditions in force on the page at the time of reservation. 

Reservation of rental equipment

All the material proposed for rent is described on our website.
The price of the material of rent will depend on the category and the chosen period of rent following the rates proposed in the web.
The cost of online booking is lower than the price published within Sant Moritz Ski shops. In the web there are no intermediaries, we are physical store. There is no intermediate fees. 

Reservation process

  • Select the store you want to collect the material.
  • Choose the duration of your skiing.
  • Select your equipment depending on your level and needs.
  • Go to the payment gateway.
  • Print the voucher that will be sent to you by email, to present it in the store.

How to pay

  • The payment will be made to Esports Sant Moritz, by bank card (visa, Mastercard) with the Credit Andorra bank.
  • Credit Andorra manages the secure exchange of data and ensures the confidentiality of the codes and their management.
  • The financial expenses related to payments made outside the territory of the issuance of the bank card and other bank commissions will be borne by the client.
  • During the payment, the bank data, protected by encryption, do not transit through the systems of Esports Sant Moritz, and therefore do not remain in its possession.

Rental contract

The reservation is considered as definitive and is effective from the collection per Esports Sant Moritz, as established above, the total sum of the rent and the receipt by the customer of an electronical confirmation of the rental that includes the ‘voucher’ (reservation) to print and deliver at the selected Esports Sant Moritz shop. 

Duration and collection of rent

The rental starts from the moment the customer picks up the equipment at Sant Moritz Ski shop until the day of the return included, according to the duration indicated in the ‘voucher’.
The equipment can be picked up the day before the beginning of the rent from 17:00 and will be returned at the end of the last day of the rent.
For each ‘voucher’ the presentation of a credit / debit card will be requested- in order to collect the data of the contracting party and as a guarantee for returning the equipment. For equipment rented to children under 12, each skier will be asked for an identity document to verify the ages.
The customer has full responsibility for the rented equipment, from picking it up to returning it. 
The equipment must be returned in the same Esports Sant Moritz ski shop where it has been collected. 

Use of equipment

The use of the material rented is personal and non-transferable. The tenant is obliged to use, maintain and keep diligently with the use for which it is intended. The tenant acknowledges that he has previously examined the equipment delivered and acknowledges that it is in good condition and at his entire disposal. The misuse of the rented equipment will have a penalty equivalent to the cost of repair.
The delivery of equipment other than the one delivered at the beginning, will entail the payment of the new equipment.
It is totally forbidden to the tenant to modify the tuning of the safety bindings.


Robbery guarantee

When collecting the equipment from the Esports Sant Moritz ski shop, the client has the possibility to subscribe a guarantee against robbery (partial) of the rented material. The cost of such guarantee is determined by the category of the material reserved by the customer and the duration chosen for the rental. In case of theft of the ski equipment, the customer will deliver to the leasing shop the receipt of the robbery report.

Cancellations in the rent

In case of cancellation, you will be able to carry it out within a maximum period of 3 days before the collection, implying that the sums paid by the customer would be refunded. The refund will be made by sending an email to stm1@santmoritz.com, using the same bank card used in the booking process.
In the case of force majeure (illness, accident) during the rental period, the affected customer will be able to return the rented equipment and will be invoiced proportionally to the number of days (with the presentation of a medical certificate and proof of the return of the equipment in the store). In this case the refund will be made by sending an email to stm1@santmoritz.com using the same bank card used in the booking process. 

Personal data protection

The personal data inserted in the web, Esports Sant Moritz destines them for your identification as well as the preparation of your order
These data may also be used by Esports Sant Moritz for commercial prospecting purposes, unless otherwise noted by you. According to the law, you have a right of access and rectification of the information that concerns you. The said rectifications would be carried out by sending an email to: stm1@santmoritz.com.

Sant Moritz reserves the right to modify the data at all times and in particular by updating the site.
The user undertakes not to use information on the website that may lead to civil or criminal liability, and also undertakes not to disseminate illegal information through this website, contrary to public order or defamation.

In case of litigation between the parties will be treated in the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
